Sweet Purple Potato with Mont Blanc Taro

Ingredients
- 200 g. Crushed Steamed Taro
- 20 g. Icing Powder
- 70 ml. Coconut Whipping Cream
- 150 g. Sweet Purple Potato
- 15 ml. Coconut Flower Syrup
- 200 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened (For Blending)
- 90 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened (For Mont Blanc Taro)
- 50 ml. Coconut Whipped Cream
- 1 tsp. Sweet Purple Potato Powder
- 1 pc. Crispy Sweet Purple Potato
Instructions
Mont Blanc Taro Preparation
- Combine crushed steam taro, icing powder, coconut whipped cream and UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened into a bowl.
- Mix and stir until smooth.
Sweet Purple Potato Smoothie
- Combine sweet purple potato, ice, coconut flower syrup and UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened into a blender until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into serving glass. Top with coconut whipped cream and Mont Blanc Taro. Sprinkle with sweet purple potato powder and crispy sweet purple potato.
