Black Sesame Ginger Oat Milk
- 1500 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
- 150 g. Black Sesame
- 90 g. Fresh Ginger
- 1 pc. Cinnamon Stick
- 3 tbsps. Brown Sugar
- 50 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk Barista (Oat Milk Foam)
- Cinnamon Powder
- Black Sesame
- Combine UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened and black sesame into a blender until well blend.
- Pour the mixture into a pot. Add fresh ginger, brown sugar and cinnamon stick. Stir over medium heat until boiling.
- Turn off heat then strain the mixture. Let it cool before serving.
- Pour UFC Velvet Oat Milk Barista into a separate bowl and froth milk with a milk frother until foaming.
- Pour the mixture into serving glass. Top with oat milk form and sprinkle with cinnamon powder and black sesame.
