Dates Blueberry Banana Pancake

Ingredients
- 200 ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk original
- 80 g Coconut Oil
- 80 g Soaked Pitted Dates
- 80 g Banana
- 175 g Cake Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
- 10-12 Blueberries
- 1/2 Teaspoon Stevia
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- Vegan Butter
Topping
- Blueberry Sauce
- Soaked Pitted Dates
- Peanut Butter
- Blueberries
- Coconut Syrup
Instructions
- Mash a banana.
- Heat the pan in medium heat with vegan butter and coconut oil.
- Put UFC Velvet Almond Milk original, coconut oil, cake flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, stevia, salt in a mixing bowl then add banana, dates, and blueberries. Mix everything until it is combined.
- Pour the batter in a pan, flip it over to another side, and wait 1-2 minutes until the pancake is cooked.
- Serve the pancakes with blueberry sauce, peanut butter, coconut syrup, dates, blueberries, or any toppings you prefer.
