Ingredients

  • 600 ml. UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened
  • 150 g. Fresh Coconut Meat
  • 4 tbsps. Syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Almond Slice

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh coconut meat and UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened into a blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a container and put in the freezer overnight.
  3. Scoop ice cream into a serving bowl. Serve with coconut meat and top with almond slices.
