Wholesome Oat Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 400 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
  • 180 g. Oat
  • 400 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
  • 4 tbsps. Coconut Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsps. Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsps. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
  • 20 g. Oat Raisin Biscuits
  • 10 g. Raisins

Instructions

  1. Combine oats and UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened in a bowl and soak overnight.
  2. Transfer into a blender and blend with UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a pot. Add coconut condensed milk and simmer until boiling.
  4. Dissolve cornstarch and UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened in a bowl.
  5. Combine the mixed cornstarch into a pot and stir until thickened.
  6. Transfer into a container and put in the freezer overnight.
  7. Scoop ice cream into a serving bowl. Top with oat raisin biscuits and raisins.
