Coconut Ice Cream
- 600 ml. UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened
- 150 g. Fresh Coconut Meat
- 4 tbsps. Syrup
- 1 tbsp. Almond Slice
- Combine fresh coconut meat and UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened into a blender until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a container and put in the freezer overnight.
- Scoop ice cream into a serving bowl. Serve with coconut meat and top with almond slices.
