Ingredients
- 300 Grams White Chocolate, Chopped
- 350 Grams Dark Chocolate, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Salted Butter
- 300 Grams Coconut Flake, Roasted
- 1 ¼ Cups UFC Velvet Coconut Milk original
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Original into a heatproof bowl, set over a pan of simmering water until hot. Add white chocolate, stir until combine. Add coconut flake. Stir and pour into a cake tin. Spread evenly, leave in the fridge until chill and firm.
- Pour remain of UFC Velvet Coconut Milk Original in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water until hot. Add dark chocolate, stir until combine. Add salted butter. Stir and pour over white chocolate mixture to make another layer. Leave in the fridge until firm.
- Slice and serve with hot tea.
