Wholesome Oat Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 400 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
- 180 g. Oat
- 400 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
- 4 tbsps. Coconut Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsps. Cornstarch
- 3 tbsps. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
- 20 g. Oat Raisin Biscuits
- 10 g. Raisins
Instructions
- Combine oats and UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened in a bowl and soak overnight.
- Transfer into a blender and blend with UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into a pot. Add coconut condensed milk and simmer until boiling.
- Dissolve cornstarch and UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened in a bowl.
- Combine the mixed cornstarch into a pot and stir until thickened.
- Transfer into a container and put in the freezer overnight.
- Scoop ice cream into a serving bowl. Top with oat raisin biscuits and raisins.
