Dates Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2-2/3 cups UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened
  • 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 pieces Soaked Pitted Dates
  • 150 g Frozen Mango
  • 200 g Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Topping

  • Almonds
  • Soaked Pitted Dates
  • Chia Seeds
  • Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Blend UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened, dates, chia seeds, frozen mango, frozen banana, and ice in a blender. Blend until it is smooth.
  2. Serve the smoothie in a serving glass and garnish with nuts, chai seeds and mint leaves.
