Dates Mango Banana Smoothie

- 1/2-2/3 cups UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened
- 2 Teaspoons Chia Seeds
- 3 pieces Soaked Pitted Dates
- 150 g Frozen Mango
- 200 g Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup Ice
Topping
- Almonds
- Soaked Pitted Dates
- Chia Seeds
- Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Blend UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened, dates, chia seeds, frozen mango, frozen banana, and ice in a blender. Blend until it is smooth.
- Serve the smoothie in a serving glass and garnish with nuts, chai seeds and mint leaves.
