Chinese Fried Noodles

Main Course


  • 600 g. Boiled Chinese Noodles
  • 360 g. Ham
  • 360 g. Fish Tofu
  • 240 g. Gingko Nuts
  • 120 g. Sliced Shitake Mushrooms
  • 240 g. Boiled Sweet Peas
  • 240 g. Sliced Carrots
  • 3 tbsps. Minced Garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 tbsps. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 120 ml. UFC Velvet Oat Milk unsweetened
  • 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsps. Sugar


  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet pan until hot. Add minced garlic, sliced shitake mushrooms and stir fry. Season with seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, UFC Velvet Oat Milk and stir well. Add boiled Chinese noodles and stir fry.
  2. Add ham, fish tofu, gingko nuts, boiled sweet peas, sliced carrots and mix well. Ready to serve.
