Heat vegetable oil in a skillet pan until hot. Add minced garlic, sliced shitake mushrooms and stir fry. Season with seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, UFC Velvet Oat Milk and stir well. Add boiled Chinese noodles and stir fry.
Add ham, fish tofu, gingko nuts, boiled sweet peas, sliced carrots and mix well. Ready to serve.
