Holiday Coco Macaroons
- 10 g. Beetroot Powder
- 5 ml. Hot Water
- 20 ml. Vanilla Syrup
- 120 ml. UFC Velvet Coconut Milk unsweetened
- 1 scoop Ice Cream
- Dried beetroot
- Put beetroot powder and hot water into a bowl and stir until melt.
- Rimmer a serving glass with beetroot sauce.
- Put UFC Velvet Coconut Milk and vanilla syrup into a serving glass.
- Fulfill the glass with ice.
- Top with ice cream.
- Garnish with Rosemary, Dried beetroot. Ready to serve.
